Vintage tole lamp in its original color found recently at a great estate sale. 

For the 7 years I have sold on eBay and now also from my boutique, I have painted these great old lamps white or pink adding hand painted roses for that shabby cottage chic look so many adore. I have decided to offer this as it is for it is perfect for other decors whether it be Primitive, country chic, traditional.....OR it can be painted by you if you wish. I will be happy to include information on how you would do it..OR I can paint it for you. The pretty lamp is a deep orange. Some might call it red, but if it is, it is a deep orange-red,

22 inches tall. The metal shade is 14 1/4 inches x 5 1/4 inches. The base is 6 1/2 inches.

The glass is 6 1/2 inches in diameter by 4 1/2 inches tall. I am not sure if it can be seen in the pictures, but it is in tact and as it should be.

Vintage items are selected for their usefulness and condition. I also do not buy anything I would not consider using myself. If there is any blemish that would intefere with the use of the item, I will disclose that. However, older items have been previously owned and may have a ding, chip, scratch or dent. If major, I will mention it. Otherwise, it simply adds the uniqueness, authenticity and charm of the item. If not into this, new would be better. New items like are no longer made making this even more desirable.
