I do not know what this metal is called. It seems to be nicer than brass, looks nothing like brass, looking more like an antique gold made into the metal not painted.

Included as a little bonus and going so nicely with the Victorian chic appeal of the candle holders is the white ceramic couple surely dancing to a romantic waltz.
